I have one querry Sir I need mutual consent divorce draft OR what is the procedure to file a mutual divorce at taluka or dist court. Please help me out.

The nomenclature of the courts differ from state to state. In tamilnadu,it is the subordinate judge who has the power to deal with matrimonial cases. Hence it is better to consult a good lawyer at your place to know the procedure in this regard.

According to Indian Hindu Marriage Act 1955 both of you have to file an application Under Section 13-B for mutual divorce through an Advocate.

Yes the procedures and the draft varies from one state to other . In west bengal it is the district judge which has jurisdiction to this kind of case.

If you are a hindu mean you can file the petition for mutual divorce under section 13.b of hindu marriage act. All over india provision wil be same but format of the petition may be differ from state to state.. So you approach any one good advocate. Even again once consider your divorce decision.
