If the will is now sub judice then apply for verification by the hand writing expert. Please remember that the opinion of any person if not authorised by the court may not be binding on it.

It depends , in one case of NI 138 the SC has directed the accused to bring his own expert.

Any Bank officer will be an expert as far as signature verification is concerned. Consult your banker friends in your area.
