what is the differences between ejectment suit and eviction suit ?

ejectment means expel forcefully eviction means expecl from the land or building with legal process.

Both mean the same.

Rajoo both are suits means legal process and there is even not iota of forceful eviction involved therein.

Both suits/petitions are same but names are different. There is no difference between them because both names represent same set of proceeding.

Eviction - action by a landlord that compels a tenant to leave the premises (as by rendering the premises unfit for occupancy)

Ejectment - action by a landlord which compelling tenant to quit from the property
