1. What is the max. limit of Gratuity for LIC employees?

2.Is there any age limit for resignation in govt.insurance sector?

1. The maximum limit of Gratuity is Rs. 10 lacs.

2. Unless an employee has signed a Bond to serve (during the initial stages of employment) certain period, there is no age limit fixed. If you are speaking about the age limit for availing VRS benefits, refer LIC's employee rules & regulations (or seek through RTI).

if you are an lic employee, the staff regulations applicable to is easily available at all branches of lic.

further doubts if any could be cleared from the OS (office services) and P&R dept of the LIC Divisional Office,under which you are presently working.
