Senior citizen with no birth certificate

My mother is senior citizen aged 77 years old, had applied for fresh passport alongwith documents Aadhar, Pan & Bank passbook and passport is received with post police verification, now police is asking for birth certificate which she doesn't have.
Please give suggestions what to do.

Your mother shall execute a notarized affidavit for her date of birth as noted in Aadhar and Pan cards.

As suggested, you may prepare a notarized affidavit or can produce copy of aadhar or pan card having her date of birth.

Sir, I told to police that my mother have Aadhar, Pan & voter card but still they are insisting for Birth certificate.

You can approach the top police officer of the city with a complaint against the local police who insist the same despite producing the proof of date of birth by other documentary evidences, if they still insist on birth certificate you may ask them the ruling in this regard.
