Society committee is de solved and all charges is being taken by the registrar do he have right to give N.O.C for sale of a flat ? If not then who can give ?

If there is no MC, the administrator appointed by RCS (but not RCS) enjoys all the rights and duties of MC.

1. Completely agree with Dr J C Vashita (Expert).

2. The Administrator duly appointed by the Cooperative Registrar, is authorised to conduct all routine functions of the Mg.Committee and his action shall be valid & legal for all purposes.
