Stamp Duty on property under a will

A property was given to.me by a family friend via will in mumbai. The same will was submitted to d High Court for obtaining a grant. The grant is issued to me in 2017. Want to know if any stamp duty is applicable on transfer of property in my name.

Probably you are not able to convey facts clearly.

Whether High Court granted probate of the will?

No stamp duty depending on value required to be paid if mutation is sought as per will.
