what is the Procedure to surrender the Sanad of Bar Council after joining as Employee in Private Bank.

Inform the Bar Council in writing regarding your joining the service.

A simple application along with the copy of the appointment letter or other proof explaining the reason as to why the concerned advocate is seeking suspension of his licence. The concerned advocate is also required to submit his original Enrollment Certificate and the Identity Card in Original.
