Can a Advocate enter into a partnership either a partner ship under the Part.Act 1932 or under newly introduced Limited Liabilty Partnership Act

Only if LLP is of the advocates and non-advocate is not its member and such LLP should relate for only the profession of advocacy otherwise it is not possible.

I heard that Bar Council of India is about to issue Guide Lines in this regard !
