Is running small dental clinic at residence in delhi a commercial activity?I have less than 20m/sq area in which I have clinic

1. A Routine "Consulting Chamber" (aka Clinic), run by a Registered Medical Practitioner, in his own Residential Flat/House, is not classified as a "Commercial Activity", under the local Civic Laws (eg. BMC). This is upheld by many judgements of the Supreme Court.

2. However, any other activities, to the exception of above, is classified as "Commercial Activity", under the local Civic Laws.
