Navin sharta land

I HV a navin sharta land 3acres in thane taluka murbad
I HV regd sathe karar & power of attorney,& physical possession with passesion letter n full payment receipt.
Pls advice how can I transfer it into my name....the complete procedure.pls.

1. FIRSTLY "navin sharat" land CANNOT be purchased, because the title vests with the State Govt.

2. HOWEVER, the original allottee can apply to the area collector office to convert the navin sharat land to old tenure, on payment of the official fees. ONLY then the land can be sold to others.
