Correction of surname and father name

Respected Sir/Madam, I'm Ravi varma studying Bcom. I passed out my SSC in 2012 and there are small mistakes in my SSC Memo Where my surname was printed as 'MOROLU' instead of 'MORA' and father name as 'SATTI REDDY' instead of 'SATHI REDDY'as it is our mistake. I'm trying hard to change for past 1 year but I can't do. Can I have any chance to make corrections in my SSC memo at this time if any please help me out to find a solution. Thanking you

Dear Ravi varma Even for Correction you have to Follow the "Guide Lines for Change of Name of Major" Just Type this in Google and you would get all the Procedures including Format.Any Doubt Just Post here and I will Attend Please.
