Charge sheet

Regarding myy case on 420, 506, 406, Charge sheet is pending & I have submitted all proofs & witness too. But Inspctr is saying they have received the petition from High court for quash of this by the opponent.
My queries
1. If quash is applied, will thet stop from filing charge sheet?
2. For quash petition I was not informed of anyway, neither a copy i recieved from court. Without me can the quash happen?

1. Depend on to the quash petition interim orders.

Complainant may / need not be called in quash petition.
