My wife file 169 application in magistrate after dismissed 498a from supreme court. What is it.

2. She filled application in section 125 maintenance case because the 498a and 125 application are same word by word.

I request to magistrate section 125 cancelled due to fact are some.

What Action magistrate can take on 169 application.
