Regarding RTI

(Querist) 03 August 2016 This query is : Resolved 
I have filed an RTI in the municipal office by registered post but not received any answer than I filed first appeal after 33 days to SDO concern but I did not received any reply than after 35 days I have sent second appeal to state information commission by registered post. It is already 35 days over to second appeal.
Now what should I do? Please suggest

You can make appeal to lokayukat after 35 days of second appeal if you don't get any reply.

Disposal of second appeal may take time, you should wait.
