About non judicial stamp paper

(Querist) 02 July 2016 This query is : Resolved 
I belong to small town of madhya Pradesh where nonjudicial stamp vendors are selling stamp paper on 50% commission for eg. We have to pay Rs 150-170 for non judicial stamp paper of Rs 100.
I want to do complaint of these vendors but don't know where or to whom should I complaint.

Take receipt of that amount. And then make complaint to SRO for the same.

Lodge complaint to the Deputy Commissioner / Registration authority / State vigilance department.
