right of renter

I am from kerala and i rent house to a rentee but at the past 5 months he didnt pat me the rent and he was missing and dont come to rent house or pick up my phone. So can i evacuate his house without asking permission? If i evacuate and the property of him damage due to rain am i liable?

Legally, you need to file an petition.

Obtain court permission to get the house vacated before court representative and get the inventory of stored household prepared.
