Pvt complaint

(Querist) 02 April 2016 This query is : Resolved 
I've filed a pvt complaint in magistrate court and I entered box and made sworn statement and judge posted matter for orders after I made sworn statement. If judge refuses to take cognisance and closes complaint what should I do.

let the order be passed by court.

case and the orders has to be referred, discuss with your lawyer after the order is passed.

You can challenge the order in sessions or high court under revisional jurisdiction.
