(Querist) 22 March 2016 This query is : Resolved 
If someone send the notice in matter of cheque bounce & file the case against him. Summons are send by court but not recieved. Then court declare that person as PO. Can then court grants the bail if person applied for it.

Yes but generally on furnishing bond of higher amount.
PO is declared to ensure his presence.
