I have purchased a land from some one, for 1100000/-on 9/3/2013 at the time of purchse agreement is written . the main details of agreement is if the sellers is paid the my ammount with 24 % interest within three months Iwill take my money back and I dont wont land, if he fails to give money he need toregister land to me, and on 28/2/2014 he repaid 100000/- amont to me. in this case what is the time bond,or no time bond

You have accepted part payment which means you agreed to be refunded in parts. However, terms of agreement and all documents need to be referred for any advice.
