1) Type a letter to LIC to change your agent and provide your desired LIC agent name and code and sent that through courier to the main branch. 2) obtain a fax number and fax the same letter to them. 3)Personally submit the letter to the office directly.

I too agree with the above opinion. File an application with the parent branch (i.e., the branch where you have taken policy) with a request to change your agent duly informing them, the reasons for such change.

send a regd., AD letter to the branch from where you have received a policy to change the LIC agent. Give the details of the LIC agent and also state the reasons for change of the agent.
