Good evening,
Our house is in the name of my mother, she is very old now, she wants to write veelu naama but both of us don't know the procedure. Please explain sir

She can write will (Veelunama) detailing how and to whom she want to give her property after her in the presence of two witness, a doctor can certify that she was mentally OK when will was written.

It is not mandatory to register a will.
