My friend's Name Mahemood belonging from Muslim Community have five brothers.
Here referred B.B's father referred here A. His father executed Mrutyupatra(Will)in favour of three son and deprived 3 sons from the property. All brothers and father has cultivating land and kept in possess ion after the death of A,B's Brother apply to talathi office take mutation entry on the basis of Mrutyupatra. Talathi took mutation entry after 14 years of A's death. What I should I do?

A muslim cannot WILL more than 1/3rd of his property.

The mutation, if not proper, may be challenged on the basis of personal law.
