I have purchased a12decibel land. But is not yet mutation orconverd to me .the local authority stated it judicial matter.though it was bought before 6yrs ago.how can I proceed with the above matter to convert and muted the land?

first, submit application in revenue office for mutation and apply to the RDO for permission to convert the land by paying necessary charges for conversion of the land.
