7/12 procedure after kabza land.

Hello sir. My question is.
from high court order in my favour and no stay any matter. I get share from my father he alredy sale land to 2nd party. And highcourt aready dismissed and i get order.
kabza on 7 December 2015 i get kabza pavti also. But talati and tehsildar not register my name in 7/12 Uttara. Sir tell me what i do. Sir all are harassment please tell me what i do
