Daughters rights on father's property

Hi, Experts

In case Partition Suit File By daughter on her Father's property(Who is no more) (No deed made by father) , if anything happen to daughter before the court decision regarding the partition case, who shall be legal heir after her??
whether daughter son's have rights on land after his mother but before court decision??
