Mobile insurance is cheating

Respected, I lost my mobile before 4months back I have insured while cause of damage or theft. I have given complaint in local police station they filed and gave csr copy that my mobile is not find. I claimed for insurance with all of the records what they demanded,insurance company said after verification they will give money,this is said before 30 days back that verification can done within 21 days till now there is no response from the insurance company I called for customer care the are not giving proper answer what I should do against insurance company???? I have copy of document which I have sent to insurance company with acknowledgement card.all of the records were perfect. Thank u

1. FIRSTLY, send legal notice to the Insurance Co. , to clear claim within 30 days.
2. On failure of above, File grievance complaint before the local Consumer Court, and claim damages and compensation.

Wait for further 10 days, if no action from Insurance Company, send legal notice and later file consumer complaint.

Record all calls. Obtain complaint number.
Issue legal notice.Approach DCDRF.
