In Regular Criminal Case we have Filed some properties original document as evidence in extortion case.

bus unfortunately accused are acquitted by the Court

But the exhibited, and not any appeal preferred to Appellate Court.

matter was dispose April 2015.

my question

can i get return my original document which is filed in criminal case.
if yes.
then what should i do? and if any application then its format

it is most important...

Your lawyer shall be able to take out the documents, seek his seervices/advise.

You can file an application for return of documents before the court where it is held, take the help of your advocate.
