About two wives law

Sir, my husband has two wives. I'm his first wife. But ours is love marriage, I have one daughter of 11yr old now he is completely stopped staying with us and he is with his second wife completely. Can I fight for my right now, his second wife has one son of 10yr old, pls suggest me what step I can take now

Have you got proof to show that he is married to another lady?

Is is employed? Whether in Govt. or in private job?

Is he otherwise well to do?

When did the second marriage happen?

Did you object to it or not? Why did you not take any action so far?

If the Second Marriage had happened with out your Consent Or Divorce It is Illegal and the Second Marriage is Not Legally Valid and Can Not even be Said as Marriage.Consult Local Good Advocate and Proceed Legally.
