Court matter and national women commission involvement

A lady filed ipc 376, 420, 506,507 against me in court.
Judge asked for police enquiry not FIR.
At last Judge dismiss her allegation of 376 and 420. The remaining 506 and 507 case is going on in court.
Now that lady has approached National Women Commission.
National Women Commission has directed police to enquire.
Now the police is putting pressure on me that they will FIR against me for IPC 376.
if matter is in court yet., how can police lodge Fir against me for the same crime.

she appears to be late in going to NCW. NCW to have have capacity to be appellate court.

1. National Women Commissiom, has no jurisdiction in sub-judice matters.

2. Once an allegation u/s 376 IPC, is dismissed, THEN no further proceedings can be filed by complaintant /police /anybody.
