i am accused u/s 376/417 ipc.it is pending since 2010.io deposited contradictory statement in court which totally mismatch wid complainant's deposition.i am having evidence the complainant is telling lie and io has deposited contradictory statement.can i file a complain u/s 195 or 211 ipc against the complainant at this stage?
can i file a complain u/s 219 ipc against io at this stage?
prosecution side is just delaying the case.
