Hi there
I need to know I married widow women after 1.5 year when her first husband was die because of heart attack.she has a 2 kids from first husband. First husband have some property on the name of his grandfather. My current wife can claim legally 50 % of share because her first husband have a one sister also.

she, for her children who were born from her first husband can claim for their share.

Children have share in the property of deceased father.

There is a one sister of deceased father. She try to take 100% amount of property so I want to ask you how many percentage children or mother can claim.
