Fast track hearing

I have filed a Divorce Case in Jalgaon JMFC court on 1/7/2014. my wife get it transfered to Aurangabad Family court and next date is 12/6/2015.

what should i do to run the case in FAST TRACK. so that i can finish the case as early as possible.

It is desire of every litigant and hardly anyone gets this wish fulfilled. Have patience, your case will also see the light of the day in course of time.

Only specific cases r put on fast track court. Appoint lawyer to defend ur case in Aurangabad. U need not have to come all the time.

is it for some special cases only. i can not request for fast track hearing to the court. as we r living seperate since 6 years. how long court will take to decide. and will i get divorce ?

divorce case takes 4-8 years to complete.

Courts are over burdened, have some patience.

The pendency of he case is not due to the court problem alone, it will be on various aspects, like, advocates' boycotts, judge on leave, advocate is not in station, party is suffering from disease and many more such reasons. Therefore the litigant has to wait patiently.
