sir,
I had booked a flat in
feb.2011 and now it is ready and the total
cost shown by builder is as under
25,20,000 cost of flat
94,500 AMC/AUDA Charges.
---------
26,14,500 ON Which I was to pay service
chg Rs 80788@ 3.09% but if i
pay full amount afterMarch2015
whether I will he required to
pay service chg.@ 3.50 % ?would anybody please guide me. Thanks.

Service tax needs to be paid at the prevalent rate while making payment.

SIR,
IN CONNECTION WITH MY PREVIOUS QUERY I HAD FORGOTTEN TO MENTION THAT I HAD MADE MAJORITY PAYMENT AND ONLY 644000 ARE PAYABLE NOW AND IF I PAY THE SAME IN APRIL 2015 WHETHER I WILL HAVE TO PAY REVISED SERVICE TAX ON 644000 OR ON ENTIRE VALUE OF FLAT.
I DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE BUILDER HAS PAID SERVICE TAX ON THE AMOUNTS ALREADY PAID BY ME UPTO FEB.2015.

sir,
Please let me know whether the following items attract stamp duty and registration charges as my builder has included these items while calculating Stampduty and Registration charge. I have booked flat in
gujarat,ahmedabad.
1) Flat Maintenance deposit
2) Ahmedabad Urban Dev.charge/Ahmedabad
Municiple charges.
Query No 2.
As regards the deductions for Interest on Housing loan and Instalment of Housing whether they are over and above the limit allowable under 80C ?
and whether both or any of them are available
only after getting possesion/completion of construction.?
Kindly guide me.
