Bought ads site in hosur

Hello Team,

Needed your help as I have purchased land in hosur with my pension money and am told that the land is ADS site, and please advise if I am legally able to sell same or can I build my house on land.

Consult a local lawyer who should be able to understand the terminology of "ADS site" used by you.

I think ADs site means site or property belonging to person of Adi Dravida Community ?, Well, you could have taken an opinion from a lawyer before purchasing it, even now it is not late, show the papers to a local lawyer and take his opinion and advise about further action.
