Kul kayada

We have a piece of agreecaltural land in thane maharastra , 7/12 utara is in our name but their is kul noated in the 7/12 as per kul kayada.

now kul kayada is cancelled ,Can he claim his share on the same .

Dear Mr. Nitin Patil,

1. The Kul kaidya was akin to establishment of H.U.F. and hence if the H.U.F. is not dissolved lawfully and unless there is no partition made the living co-parceners cannot claim to have their share segregated in the 7/12 extract.
