Sir/Madam,
Please suggest the remedy for damaging the reputation and harassment for filing false FIR on me and my wife. This has been filed by my wife's brother's wife (sister-in-law). We are not at all concerned with 498A and 307.

1. You can file a criminal complaint u/s 182 & 211 of I.P.C. against them for giving false information,with an intent to cause a public servant to use his lawful power to the injury of another person and false charge of offence made with an intent to injure respectively, only after you have been either discharged or acquitted.

Fight the case against you on merit, on acquittal / discharge, you can file.
