Society audit report

How long we have to preserve audit reports of housing society as per Mcs act.whether we can challenge a audit report which is more than 3 years old.and what is the procedure other than filing a suit in cooperative court?limitation act is applicable to it?

whether audit report has been duly circulated to members and approved in AGM .?

there is no reaction / comments from the members after circulation.the copy of the report is also submitted with the registrar office,

Refer the bye laws of the society. In some Govt. Departments it is preserved for 5-7 years.
