Amendment in registry.

In my Client Registry there is stated wrong description of neighboring land I want to amend the same.
Please let me know the procedure for the amendment in registry and if you are having the proforma for the same kindly send it to me.

Execute a rectification deed duly signed by the vendor and the buyer and get it duly registered.
