(Querist) 16 June 2014 This query is : Resolved 
Respected All,

I am planning to buy a piece of land (Site) in Bangalore. The scenario is as like below.

1.Mr. A owns the land and sole to Mr. B and Mr. Cut the land in to pieces as sites.

2.Mr. B orally sells 7 sites to Mr. without GPA / transfer deed.

3.Then Mr. C sells 2 sites to Mr. D but behalf of Mr.C, Mr.B given the GPA registered and “non revocable” on 1996.
Now I have a plan to but this, request your advice on the same.
