Respected All,
I am planning to buy a piece of land (Site) in Bangalore. The scenario is as like below.
1.Mr. “A” owns the land and sold to Mr. “B” and Mr. “C” Cut the land in to pieces as sites.
2.Mr. “B” orally sells 7 sites to Mr. ”C “ without GPA / transfer deed.
3.Then Mr. “C” sells 2 sites to Mr.” D” but behalf of Mr.”C”, Mr.”B” given the GPA registered and “non revocable” on 1996.
Now I have a plan to but this, request your advice on the same.
