Sir,

A dealer not registered in commercial tax, but his turnover is exceed in current year. how to limit of sales/purchase for registration is compulsory.

The exemption limit exceed then they e to pay the appropriate tax slab from the first paise of sale. If then you register from this financial year. But the assessing officer ask about your last year turnover too. What is the nature of business
