Parking issue

Dear Experts,
I purchased a 2BHK flat with parking space in Pune in year 2000.
Now, my society chairman says that since my Index-II says that my flat has an open space parking therefore my present parking doesn't belong to me. He is also threatening to through out my car parked in the same.
Whereas the same parking no. is mentioned and clearly shown & marked in the Sale Deed agreement.
Pls. guide and assist me to resolve this issue with society permanently.

Move co-op court, get injunction order

I agree with the opinions, you may follow the suggested legal action, before that you may issue a legal notice to the Chairman to refrain himself from indulging into any such illegal activities against you lest you may initiate legal action against him and he will be liable for all the costs and consequences.
