my brother got married in 2010 and bought a agriculture land in June 2011, that time we use to stay as joint family, in Dec 2011 my father passed away, after in 2012 my brother passed away,now his wife and daughter not with us and my mother and myself staying alone, pls tell me who are all the legal hire for the land he bought in 2011?

my father purchased the land in my brother name, now my brother passed away in a accident 2012, his having wife ans a daughter, now the land in my brother name,
