Hello Sir,
Can Anticipatory bail can be granted under section 353,324,34 of CRPC.
Details: Few days back, myself with my neighbour had lodge a complain in nearest Police Station regarding some of the local goons in our area that they are troubling a lot, but in spite of this no action had been taken by Police officials as the local Police official along with their P.S.I supports them. On 17 of this month local goons were putting eggs on each other & among one of them had putted eggs on my brother, as opposing that they started quarreling & beating him as soon as the incident was happened.. my brother reached to police station and lodge an F.I.R against them... but Police instead of arresting them came to arrest us & due to huge mob was there... one of the stray dog had bited one of the police officials.. As we had already complained about police official for the supports of the goons.. in revenge of that they had involve in section 353 stating that they were trying to arrest me & my brother for which we had quarreled with them & interfere in their duty..
Please suggested as we are wanted & suffering a lot & what should do if Police official are not performing their duty with honesty...

It is a good case for AB. Engage a good criminal lawyer without making further wastage of time.

Apply for anticipatory bail, if denied at district level move high court.
