IN THIS CASE COURT OF JMFC HAS ORDERED OF MAINTENANCE UNDER 125 OF CRPC IN AUGUST 2013. (1)CAN I FILE THE REVISION PETITION IN SESSION COURT IN APRIL 2014? (2)CAN COURT OF SESSION CANCEL THE ORDER IN REVISION PETITION, WHICH IS GIVEN BY MAGISTRATE?

Yes, you can file Revision either in High Court or in sessions court.
The higher court can either cancel. later or modify the order on such terms as it so decides.

IS THERE ANY TIME LIMIT TO FILE REVISION PETITION? BECAUSE IN THIS CASE SEVEN MONTHS IS ALREADY GONE.

Time is 90 days. Now you have to file petition for condonation of delay.
