I wish to know as i wish to purchase a chawl in Palghar in Ambadi wherein the seller has shown the agreement on his name and the 7/12 shows adivasi land and also it has name of the seller mentioned in it .However they say as the land remains as Agricultural till 5 years after which as a part of development it gets converted to residential one .Also they say that the ghar patti ,meter and sale agreement will be prepared and done authentically .I wish to know are this type of laws applicable and also will it happen as specified in my above data .....
