If you need assistance in discharge of your managerial duties, as a Dy. Manager (Finance), I am sure your organisation must have made delegation to you to spend something to update your knowledge. So, better go through EPF Act & Rules and also surf the site of EPFO to see the orders/decisions available at that site.
