Dear Sir/ Madam,
Can you please enlighten me about whether depreciation of the residential building should also be considered for paying court fee in karnataka . if so, please tell me where these depreciation charts or citations are available.i would appreciate if you can quote a citation.

we dont provide citations . you have to pay court fees on market value of property . your local lawyer will guide you

Court fee is paid on current Market Value of the property. Consult your lawyer.
