Hi Experts,

This enquiry is of my friend.

His conjugal relations are not good. A year back his wife came back to his home after 3 years court case. But now there is no change in her behaviour and give him no importance.(Ase lagata hai jaise badla lene ke liye ayi hai) She don't let him sleep with her. He says that he has doubt that she is engage with some one. But he don't have any proof. She needs money only.

Kindly advice how he can prove that she don't let him (s-x)physical relation.

How can he trace her phones for proof?

He is very disappointed and going towards depression.

Regards

refusal to have sex amounts to mental cruelty and is ground for divorce . it is advisable that both parties visit marriage counselor and find out why she dosent want sex .

emails , letters exchanged between the couple would be evidence in court of law .

you cant record your wife phone calls . it would be invasion of her privacy .

if husband is depressed he needs to consult a psychiatrist . file for divorce if situation dosent improve .

Sir, agree with you, but how it can be prove in court. She can also say he don't love me and don't come to me. She do all these to pinch/harrash her husband. She is very cleaver lady.

hence you send her emails that you love her a lot and want to maintain physical relations with her . mention that for last ______ days you did not have sex .

wait for her response . if she dosent deny it you can use it as evidence in your case

Agree with the expert, in court proofs have to be produced.

Exchange of e-mail, letters can become good proofs.

If your friend is doubtful about her relation with some other, he may take help of some detective agency.
